Chair Yoga

Straight-back ChairChair Yoga is just that, doing yoga poses in a chair and with the use of a chair, doing the poses using a chair, as one stands behind the chair and holds the back as they come into Virabhadrasana I and II even leaning into the chair for Virabhadrasanan III. One can have a full yoga practice using the chair, either seated, standing or lying down with legs propped up onto the seat of the chair.
